We are looking for an experienced

Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Deggendorf in the district of Deggendorf or at our location in Unterschleißheim in the district of Munich.


Your tasks will include:


  • Competent contact person for our employees, HR business partners, authorities, health insurance companies, and payroll office
  • Administrative implementation of all personnelrelated topics in the employee life cycle from hiring to leaving
  • Maintenance and updating of personnel files and master data
  • Preparation of statistics and overviews in Excel and from the personnel information system
  • Reconciliation of salaryrelated accounts
  • Preparation and control of payroll
