    Based out of Ronkonkoma corporate office. Will have to go into NYC to work with

    showroom team. Will be responsible for managing a SDR + Showroom team.

    We work with designers, architects + end-users for high-end bathroom furnishings

    including vanities, storage, mirrors, tubs, faucets, shower systems.

    Looking for–

    Personality – motivated, engaging, inviting, warm, energetic
    Sales Management experience – can lead a team, strong communication, phone + sales

    Skills

    Technologically inclined – strong comfort/ability with CRM & ERP systems
    Intelligent – learning our collection details, nuances and possibilities + ability to learn new

    Skills

    Design – would be ideal

    Job Expectations

    Oversee the sales funnel
    making sure contacts are moving through the sales funnel smoothly
    Identify bottlenecks in sales process + enhance team productivity
    looking at conversion rates through each stage of the funnel

    MQL-SQL SQL-Opp Opp-Customer MQL-Customer

    Deal Stage progression

    identify issues, sticking points if MQLs + SQLs aren't progressing

    Deal Velocity

    Manage/Train/Coach/Develop sales teams + reps
    Sales Process + Methodology– execution

    Lead Management, Deal Management, Lead Journey Analysis, Lead

    Qualification, Personas.....

    Marketing-Sales tie-in

    Tracking Sales Analytics KPIs, LPIs, TPIs by team + individual – identify who's missing

    quotas + why. Drill down into details, # of calls, meetings, emails sent, follow-ups,

    emails, tasks, lead response time, sales activieties, etc....

    Training, coaching, managing, implementing – Sales Automation Tools

    HubSpot features/tools, tech stack + connected apps (Proposify)

    Product Training
    Call Coaching – Call Tracking + Conversational Intelligence – listening to calls +

    identifying missed opportunities + providing feedback + coaching

    Feedback – tied into the Feedback surveys pre + post sale (NPS, CSAT) – if survey

    score

    Sales Team Discussions
    Draw insights ask

    what would be helpful for the sales team – help their day, reduce friction

    what they're hearing from customers

    new pain points, challenges, expectations, etc.

    What type of content would be helpful for sales team + clients based on what Sales

    is hearing

    Persona / ICP criteria, high-fit lead
    Execute Sales process optimizations + improvements – templates, sales enablement,

    automation

    Work alongside Sales Leaders to define objectives + enhance + improve the Sales Process
    Provide data-driven input on future organizational goals
    Sales-Marketing alignment
    Reporting
    Sales Forecasting
    Onboarding new sales reps
    Optimize lead qualification + scoring

    Hastings Tile & Bath has been at the forefront of design, providing architectural products to the building industry, beginning with pavers for large-scale installations such as the walkways that surround New York City's Central Park.

    In the 1970s, we began importing tile and bath products from Italy for the high-end home furnishings industry.

    Today, Hastings products are sold through leading bath and kitchen dealers across the country, including our own 4,600 square foot showroom in the Architects & Designers Building in New York City.
