Your role as Head of the Harbor

Auto Magnus is the official Dodge and Ram partner and is authorized for the sales and maintenance of your Dodge and Ram vehicles. And that's not all: as a sister company of the official importer for Dodge and Ram in Europe, AEC Europe GmbH, Auto Magnus serves as a flagship store with its location at Wasserburger Landstraße 56, 81825 Munich.

These responsibilities await you:

You actively shape the new and used vehicle business
You actively sell and serve as a successful role model for your team
Leading and developing your sales team is one of your main tasks
You manage the operational business in line with the company's goals and are accustomed to handling ambitious targets professionally
You play a key role in inventory, sales, and success planning
You observe and analyze the market and derive corresponding measures and marketing activities as part of your daily work
Together with your team, you continuously optimize sales and customer processes

Your profile

We are looking for a Head of the Harbor (m/f/d) with enthusiasm, who wants to further expand and shape the future of the company
We are happy to give dedicated and successful individuals with at least 5-8 years
