    Job Description

    Project Manager duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    Oversee and work closely with the Project Superintendent to bring the project to a successful completion.
    Develop and maintain the project schedule and short interval schedules. Keep all parties involved as needed. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating own and Subcontractor's workforce.
    Process and track all submittals
    Understand and implement subcontract agreements.
    Manage the Requests for Information, Potential Change Orders, Clarifications, Inspection Requests, etc. as they pertain to the project documents.
    Work with the Project Superintendent to conduct and implement safety training.
    Review and do the final submittal of As-Built drawings as part of the Close Out process.
    Coordinate material and equipment logistics to ensure there are no delays to the project's progress.
    Maintain effective and professional relationships with Owners, Engineers, Architects, Inspectors, and Subcontractors.
    Make sure to document in writing meeting minutes when required.
    Keep updated logs of Submittals, RFIs and Change Orders.
    Job costs tracking.
    Creating the Close Out package per the project documents.

    Desired Qualifications:
    OSHA Certification
    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam and other construction management software
    Ability to read Construction Plans and Specs
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    Spanish speaking is helpful, but not required.
    Construction experience is a plus
    Jobsite hours are usually 7:00 am to 4:00 pm - Monday through Friday.
    Salary is dependent on education and experience.
