    Job Title: Front Office, Bilingual Medical Assistant

    Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire

    Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Front Office, Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team at Royalty Medical Solutions. This role will involve a combination of both front office and medical assisting responsibilities, making it a perfect fit for someone who enjoys a varied workday. As a Front Office, Bilingual Medical Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. You will also provide clinical support to our healthcare providers, assisting with patient examinations and performing basic medical procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Front Office:

    • Greeting patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
    • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
    • Checking patients in and out, verifying demographic and insurance information
    • Collecting patient co-pays and processing payments
    • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
    • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries and requests
    • Managing patient records and ensuring their accuracy

    Medical Assisting:

    • Rooming patients, taking vital signs, and documenting medical history
    • Assisting healthcare providers with examinations and minor medical procedures
    • Performing basic laboratory tests and preparing specimens for testing
    • Administering medications, vaccines, and immunizations as directed
    • Ensuring proper sterilization and maintenance of medical equipment
    • Providing patient education and instructions as directed

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Completion of a recognized Medical Assistant program
    • Medical Assistant certification is preferred
    • Prior experience in a medical front office role
    • Fluency in English and [Specify Second Language]
    • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
    • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
