Busy Pain Management Practice looking for a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to assist with rooming patients during in office procedures. Offices in Los Angeles, West Covina, Covina, Pomona, Rancho, Riverside and Loma Linda

• Travel to various Office is be required. Main office will be Covina Office, but TRAVEL is REQUIRED

Responsibilities will include:
Patient Care and All Compliance in a Medical Office

Using Electronic Medical Records

Taking Patient History

Inserting IV for Procedure Sedation

Monitoring Patient after Procedure

Maintain Inventory & Order when needed

Process Patient Samples to send to appropriate Laboratory

All other duties as required for Patient Care

Patient Intake for New and Follow Up Patients

Assisting the Provider with Patient Care

Administrative Duties include:
Answering Phones, Scheduling Appointments, Filing Patient Documents, HIPPA Compliancy, Procedure Scheduling.


Requirements:

Knowledge of drawing blood or placing IV- Or ability to Learn

Completed Medical Assistant Program

Completed Phlebotomy Course is Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish a Plus

Computer Literate

Ability to perform all Medical Assistant Duties as required for Patient Care

OFFICE FOLLOWS ALL STATE AND COUNTY GUIDELINES WHEN IT COMES TO COVID- Proof of Vaccination is Requirement.


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
