Description

The WelbeHealth PACE program supports seniors in staying in their homes and communities by offering medical care and community-based services. As a Medical Assistant at WelbeHealth, you'll enhance your clinical skills by collaborating closely with providers and participants.

Essential Job Duties:

Prepare participants for appointments by setting up exam rooms, checking them in and out, and taking accurate medical histories.
Conduct pre-exam tests, including vital signs measurements and documentation.
Assist with medical procedures under the supervision of physicians, such as dressing changes and specimen collection.
Maintain clinic hygiene, stock exam rooms, and ensure proper equipment sterilization.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalency.
Certification by a recognized Medical Assistant Certifying Organization (preferred).
Minimum of two (2) years of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting with frail or elderly patients.

The base salary/wage range for this position is $21.07 - $25.28 per hour, with additional bonuses and equity opportunities. WelbeHealth also provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage and retirement savings options.
