- Development of ASICs (e.g. Motor driver for BLDC-motors, IGBT drivers for electric drives, solenoid drivers with integrated current regulation, system chips for voltage regulation and safety monitoring)
- Close cooperation with the semiconductor suppliers, especially regarding design. Detailed delving into design (incl. layout), simulation results and test results
- Supporting the delving into design (incl. layout), simulation results and test results
- Simulation (System- and schematics simulation) for concept development and design verification
- Support of the module and application departments (worldwide) to apply the ASICs
- Supporing the colleagues in developing of a Vitesco owned ASIC
- Academic degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in automotive field and knowledge in analog design (Schematic, simulation, layout, possibly test)
- Knowledge regarding semiconductor processes
- Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English language, German appreciated
- Good communication skills and ability to work in intercultural teams, personal initiative, high engagement
