    Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, the Learning and Development Analyst provides dynamic professional development content across the organization through learning and development assessments. You are responsible for design and development of training materials. By implementing learning experiences that support the professional development of all employees, you will drive San Francisco Health Plan's (SFHP) success.

    Please note that while SFHP supports a hybrid work environment, this role will be required to be onsite and in-office a minimum of 4 days per month. This is a hybrid position, based in our Downtown San Francisco office.

    Salary Range: $81,258 to $90,286

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Develop professional, culturally sensitive and diverse learning and development programs in support of SFHP initiatives.
    • Partner closely with business area subject matter experts (SME) and leadership, to determine the training needs of their departments as well as the whole of the organization. Create the learning objectives specific to their assigned target audience. Manage the design and development of training curriculum through the implementation phase of the process.
    • Utilize instructional design best practices to create and update training curriculum, materials and job aids.
    • Coordinate the design, development, and on-going maintenance of the learning management system (LMS) to meet all regulatory compliance protocols; ensure accuracy and content integrity of the LMS.
    • Facilitate training programs that contribute to employee and team growth, development, and business impact.
    • Support L&D metrics to provide data-driven insights into the effectiveness of training and development programs.
    • Create and implement New Hire L& D Onboarding process for all staff.
    • Maintain the Learning and Development shared site to ensure employees have access to and knowledge of training and development events and resources.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

    • BA degree in Business, Organization Development, or similar fields; or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development environment, ideally in a corporate office setting.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience performing system configuration, database management or an equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide required knowledge, skills, and abilities
    • Experience in creating adult learning environment
    • Project Management Professional Certificate preferred along with a minimum of one year of Project Management experience desired
    • Instructional design and knowledge of adult learning modalities (Articulate 360 (storyline and rise), Prezi, Camtasia, Adobe Premier Pro (video editing, Adobe Acrobat, Vimeo)
    • Training and facilitation skills
