- Support the due diligence process for projects under contract, including coordinating with external suppliers such as brokers, engineers, and contractors to support the due diligence process.
- Compile property and market specific reports to regional team
- Gather and assess critical information related to the sourcing and evaluation of potential development projects.
- Create investment memo including Argus files, sale and lease comparable tables, and DCF models
- Prospective new deal underwriting/modeling
- Update multiple metrics weekly including development pipeline, project cost summaries etc.
- Undergraduate degree from a top tier accredited institution
- 1-3 years of work experience (highly qualified undergraduates will be considered)
- Strong desire to work in development
- Highly motivated with strong work ethic
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a demanding work environment
- Detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Real estate specific coursework or work experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Argus, Costar and Real Capital Analytics preferred
