    FACILITIES ENGINEER – MANAGER

    • 1ST SHIFT

    • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
    • Leading the Facilities Engineering department, ensuring smooth operations by providing support and setting clear expectations.
    • Managing maintenance documentation and overseeing budgets to align with company goals.
    • Supervising projects, contractors, and communication systems effectively.
    • Ensuring compliance with work standards and promoting cost-saving initiatives.
    • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhanced processes.

    HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
    • 5+ years of facilities engineering experience
    • 2+ years of supervisory experience
    • Demonstrated leadership in facility-related projects.
    • Proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems.
    • Excellent AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills.

    WORKING CONDITIONS:

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Exposure to mechanical parts and moderate noise levels.
    • Potential travel and occasional overtime may be required.

    HAZARDS:

    • Frequent exposure to moving parts and hazardous chemicals.
    • Specific safety measures required in certain areas.
    • Lifting up to 40 pounds may be necessary.
