Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and assist in onboarding processes
- Support change management initiatives within the organization
- Collect and maintain HR data for reporting and analysis
- Utilize ADP for payroll
- Assist in talent management activities, including recruitment and retention efforts
- Manage benefits administration tasks and assist employees with inquiries
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process
- Support performance management processes and provide guidance to supervisors
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain HR records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR functions such as employee relations, benefits, and recruitment
- Familiarity ADP and data management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Pay:
$50, $70,000.00 per year
