We are looking for you and your energy to join our branch in Neu-Ulm, starting immediately.

Your responsibilities:

You will provide expert advice to our customers regarding our product range, develop product solutions, and offer alternatives while considering legal requirements, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
You will create and calculate quotes and negotiate terms with our customers, taking into account pricing guidelines. You will also check for accuracy, such as delivery dates, prices, and availability.
You will professionally handle orders and inquiries from our customers, both over the phone and through our ordering platform. You will actively support our customers by recommending alternative and additional products.
You will regularly exchange information with your colleagues in the inside and outside sales teams about customer developments and other relevant information, and conduct tandem visits with the outside sales team.
