    We have an opening for a part-time Technical Support Specialist.


    What you'll do:
    • Provide technical assistance to customers, offering phone, e-mail, and walk-in support for online classroom software, internet-based audio labs, and practice exam testing software.
    • Assist in the company's internal networks operations and support the professional staff.
    • The ideal candidate should possess exceptional technical, communication, and customer service skills.

    As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll gain hands-on experience in a rapidly expanding small company environment. We offer two shifts: one for weekday support and another for evening/weekend support.


    What's required:
    • A strong technical background in a Windows environment.
    • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of networking, client/server technologies, LAN/WAN, and desktop operating systems.
    • Ability to review, edit, and produce technical documents and deliverables.
    • Detail-oriented and extremely responsible.
