    Company Overview:

    As the chosen candidate, you will take charge of leading the performance marketing strategy and its implementation to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth on digital platforms.

    Your role will be vital in shaping our brand's future, ensuring that our marketing campaigns are impactful, productive, and forward-thinking.


    Director Performance Marketing - Responsibilities:
    - Craft and execute extensive growth marketing strategies to enhance website traffic and attract customers
    - Lead and supervise a top-performing marketing team, offering guidance, mentorship, and backing to ensure alignment with company goals.
    - Apply data-driven insights and analytics to pinpoint optimization opportunities and enhancements across all marketing platforms.
    - Foster innovation and experimentation by trialing new marketing channels, techniques, and approaches to unlock growth potentials.
    - Oversee marketing budgets and distribute resources efficiently to optimize ROI and meet business targets.

    Director Performance Marketing - Requirements :
    - Vast background in the consumer sector
    - Proven experience in handling budgets above $30m
    - Proficient in performance marketing, steering traffic, and securing acquisition/conversion.
    - Previous involvement in managing marketing agencies
    - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    - Profound mastery of digital marketing avenues including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
