    Description
    We are recruiting for an Operations and Quality Control Manager in Cleveland, TX

    Responsibilities:
    Work directly under and report to CEO
    Team building and management of the warehouse, accounting and customer service departments
    Manage all audits, recalls, safety and trainings
    Employee production and scheduling
    Responsible for all food safety management
    Assisting as needed with each department
    Inventory control
    Manage daily, weekly and monthly tasks

    Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Skills:
    Food operations management
    Experience working in food sanitation, production, quality and maintenance
    Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or equivalent experience
    Ability to lift 75lbs
    Works well under pressure
    Works well on a team
    Strong leadership skills

    Education:
    Bachelors

    Experience:
    4-7 years

    Qualifications:
    3-5 Years experience in food sanitation, production, quality and maintenance
    Bachelor's in Food Science or equivalent work experience
    SQF Practitioner Training and HACCP Training
    FSMA with HARPC and PCQI certifications/trainings
    Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
    Experience with CRM
    Mechanically inclined
    Strong written and verbal communication
    Knowledge of shipping & receiving, warehouse processes, sanitation, food service and operations
    Works well under pressure
    Works well on a team
