    Role Type:

    Full timeLocation: Major Metro Area, North AmericaReporting to: VP, People & OperationsStakeholders: Executive Leadership / Department Heads / Finance TeamPurpose of The RoleAs Human Resources Generalist, you will assist with the design, management and evolution of the companys Talent Strategies and processes.

    You will maintain knowledge of regional and global trends in workforce management and use that expertise to power the companys growth and stability.

    You will learn the companys product, value proposition, and competitive landscape to bolster your ability to attract top talent.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Working closely with the executive team, your core areas of responsibilities will include: Employer Branding, Recruitment, Internship Programs, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Training Initiatives, Handbook and policy development, Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisals, Recognition Programs, Succession Planning, Procurement, HRIS management, Consultant and Vendor management

    Requirements:


    Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, or related subjectMandatory 2-5 years of HR and Recruitment experience in the tech industryGood understanding of US/Canadian employment lawShould have knowledge of corporate budgeting, governance, and complianceHighly analytical and creative thinker with excellent self-discipline and time management skillsShould have stakeholder & project management skills with an entrepreneurial can-do attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication, along with virtuoso presentation skillsMust have authorization to work in the US or CanadaAbout RESULTICKSResulticks is a fully integrated, real-time marketing automation platform designed to help brands worldwide reach, acquire, and retain satised customers.
