    Job Title: Customer Service Representative at EverStaff

    We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join the team at our client's Cleveland location. Your main tasks will include handling daily order entries and delivering top-notch support to customers.

    About the Position:
    • Part-time role: 24 hours per week
    • Compensation: $23-$23 per hour
    • Flexible first shift options available
    • Opportunity for permanent placement after temporary period
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage inbound customer calls related to billing, products, services, and general inquiries
    • Process orders through different electronic platforms and coordinate with production for scheduling
    • Communicate effectively with customers to build positive relationships
    • Update customer details in the database after each interaction
    • Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies in collaboration with the management team
    • Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent is a must
    • Prior experience in customer service preferred (3-5 years)
    • Familiarity with ERP and MRP systems like SAP, AS400, and Epicor is advantageous
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
    • Detail-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills
