    Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

    Shifts Available: Day and Night Shifts

    About the job:

    • Provide exceptional care to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care Unit
    • Tasks include medication administration, including IVs, vital signs monitoring, resident care, treatment, and outcome evaluation
    • Conduct resident and family education
    • Collaborate with physicians, Nurse Practitioners, families, and other healthcare professionals
    • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

    QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

    • Active LPN license in Tennessee
