We are seeking someone with previous call center experience to become a inbound customer service representative for our healthcare client. Responsibilities

Duties are included but not limited to...

Assist customers with order entry or inquiries by inbound calls or email responses.
Provide the highest level of service to customers and clients to meet or exceed defined service level.
Work on your own and as a part of a team to complete all assigned tasks.
