Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various retail duties.

Duties:

Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
Process returns and exchanges following company policies
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
Assist with inventory management and restocking products as needed

Qualifications:

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
Knowledge of electronics, technical sales, jewelry sales, or bilingual skills is a plus
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
Familiarity with operating a cash register or pointofsale system is an asset
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload
