We are looking for a people person to join our team full-time

Hours include:
Monday through Friday afternoon/evening and rotational Saturday's.

If you are someone that shares our love for dogs and cats, AND can provide exceptional customer service we would be a great match Ideally you are also someone who will enjoy learning and growing professionally within our practice.

Our hospital needs a highly motivated individual who is able to multi-task and is extremely detail oriented. You must be self-motivated, professional, articulate, organized, and focused on going above and beyond to help our clients.

We provide a very high level of individualized customer service to our clients and want to bring someone on board who can assist in a variety of roles and make our clients and their pets feel valued.

Daily tasks will include:

Answering the phone
Checking clients/patients in and out
Scheduling appointments appropriately
Maintaining medical records properly and legally
Filling medications
Cleaning

You must have exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
