    Serving all of Florida, our skilled and experienced team provides industry-leading transport refrigeration (reefer) products, driver comfort solutions, and superior service and technical support.

    Offering in-shop, mobile, and 24/7 emergency services, you can count on us to keep your reefer equipment on the road and operating at peak efficiency.

    We are growing and looking for an Accounting Manager to work closely with the leadership team

    Position works at the Corporate Office & works with the leadership team.

    Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
    Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the ledger.
    Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
    Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO's attention.
    Develop and implement effective cash flow management strategies.
    Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
    Coordinate with external auditors during audits and annual review processes.
    Ensure compliance with all internal controls, company policies, and federal regulations.

    Participate in the ongoing development and implementation of best practices in the finance department to improve efficiency and accuracy.

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
    Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
