- Support outreach to partners
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Design and maintain databases.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Conduct research, and collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
- Interact with external clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate project-based work.
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary to increase speed and efficiency.
- General administrative tasks (expense reports, conference registrations, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree required (Dual majors in English and Graphic Design highly desirable)
- Teaching experience highly desirable
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or in other project management positions.
- Project management training or willingness to acquire a project management certification.
- Excellent knowledge of Google Worksite, various generative AI tools, and Adobe design products.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus, particularly Spanish.
