    Work for an industry leading provider of asset rental services nationwide and globally. In this role your main focus is understanding all key business drivers.

    You will oversee the creation of financial models and revenue as well as operational and asset analyses to support strategic initiatives.

    This is a permamanent position offering full benefits and an annual bonus. This position is 100% onsite and the final interview will be held onsite in most cases. Relocation is only offered in rare circumstances.

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of a BS Degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Economics Expert level analytical and financial modeling skills.
    Hands-on expertise in Power BI and Adaptive Planning.
    Group presentation skillsBusiness intelligence and planning tool software experience.
    Problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills.
    Knowledge of Salesforce, PeopleSoft and data warehouse systems.

    The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of work experience and/or training on a national level, Experience working in logistics, warehousing or distribution preferred.

    MBA or advanced degree/CFA preferred 3 years managerial/supervisory experienceComfortable presentation - working with all 16 districts, operations leaders, sales leaders.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills, who chooses their words carefully If interested, please feel free to email your resume and availability to $150,000 - $160,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesDeliver value-added business analyses and report financial and operational metrics by hands on work and through 2 key staff (financial analyst and accounting manager)

    Consistently develop appropriate automated reporting and forecasting tools.
    Constantly evaluate current businesses to identify non-value-added processes and makerecommendations to improve or discontinue.

    Develop and support business relationship with procurement and finance departments for ourbiggest customers and through those relationships stay abreast of industry conditions andcompetitor activities.

    Preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, including development of businessstrategy and tactical recommendations to implement the strategy.
    Prepare quarterly financial executive summary and present it to divisional and companyexecutives.
    Work on annual pricing modelsPrepare and maintain competitor analysis.

    Manage Finance and Accounting Team (3 Direct reports and 4 Indirect Reports)Oversee the review of monthly financial statements, providing performance gap analysis.

    Working knowledge and application of accounting principles and internal controls.
    Work with senior management on company projects and new business opportunitiesParticipate in due diligence for acquisitions/new product launches.
    Other duties will be assigned as appropriate.
