Facility ManagerLocation: Dalton, GA (M-F, 8-5 PM)
Classification:
Hourly, Non-exemptFacility Coordinator is responsible for assisting with Facility operations, managing Inventory levels and creating Facility Orders. Must be proficient in Inventory Management, Systems and possess Expert skills with Excel. RESPONSIBILITIESManage facility employees attendance, inventory control, 5S, SAP/QPS Excel Worksheet duties, filing etc.
Maintain and update PM logs and FilesReceive order information and accurately logResponsible for scheduling and maintaining preparation of Facility Contractor workAssist in inventory control systems and warehouse functions in maintaining accuracy of informationReport any stock issues to Facility management and discuss with Facility supervisorAdhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLSPerform other duties and special projects, as assigned by managementREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExpert skill in Microsoft Office SuiteExtensive technical knowledge of inventory management and controls best practices3+ year experience with SAP/ERP systems2+ year experience with PM, SOP, WI tracking and filingComplete tasks with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills - both verbal and non-verbal.
