THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION.


Under general supervision of the Program Managers and direct supervision of Epidemiology Manager, to provide a variety of specialized quality management, outreach and education to residents, indigent and underserved and/or high risk populations of Hamilton County.

May act as coordinator or lead on assigned program specialty. Performs other related duties as assigned.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with one (1) year of work experience. Current CPR Certification and a valid driver's license are required.


OR
An Associate's Degree in Nursing plus three (3) years of work experience. Must possess an active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or eligible for licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse. Current CPR Certification and a valid driver's license are required.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior work experience in both clinical service delivery and patient education is preferred.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


Additional requirements may include working at outdoor testing facilities with use of full PPE as well as extensive phone interviewing work and data entry.
