What can you expect?

• You will assist with real estate-related, technical, construction, and commercial tasks, as well as the creation of commercial lease agreements and addendums
• You will participate in the creation of reports for clients
• You will support us in communicating with tenants and service providers
• You will independently handle requests for proposals and evaluate them
• You will oversee maintenance and renovation measures and coordinate facility management services in collaboration with your colleagues
• If interested, you will participate in property inspections and support in various project tasks

What should you bring?

• You are a student (m/f/d) enrolled in a business degree program with a focus on construction or a construction or building technology degree program
• You have a strong customer and service orientation
• You enjoy working in a team
• You have a responsible, independent work style and are highly organized
• You have experience using MS Office applications
• You have proficient German (C1) and English (B2) skills in both written and spoken form
