**Manufacturing Tech. CMM support Specialist**

Location Middletown, Pennsylvania, United States of America Category Operations Raytheon Technologies Pratt & Whitney Job Type Full time **Job ID:** JOB DESCRIPTION Essential Functions:

Manufacturing Technician will work with Cell Leaders, Cell Members, Quality and Engineering staff to assure manufacturing compliance respective to the use of all existing manufacturing/process equipment, respective gages and fixtures.

o Assists in the development and construction of manufacturing cells

o Reviews tooling requirements and aides in the tool designs.

o Orders specially designed cutting tools and other operating supplies needed to support designed manufacturing processes.

o Creates and maintains standard work.

Improve current manufacturing processes in order to reduce costs and increase reliability and control of these operations.

Gather all necessary data respective to non-conformances and provide relentless root cause and positive corrective actions.

All Employees Shall:

Fully utilize and embrace the ACE Operating System.

Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements

Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards

Attend scheduled EH&S training program

Actively support the organizations efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plans

Recommend improved EH&S practices

Basic Qualifications:

-H.S. Diploma and 4+ years of manufacturing experience or an Associates degree and 2+ years of manufacturing experience.

US citizenship is required due to government contract

Preferred Qualifications:

Set-up, run, and trouble shoot manufacturing processes

Ability to work in a team problem-solving environment either as an organizer or participant is required.

Computer knowledge

Strong written & verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Strong organizational skills

Detail oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to execute and troubleshoot tasks with minimal supervision

Thorough knowledge of in-house manufacturing and NDT processes

AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Certification may be required for technical support roles.
