The Medical Management Services Section is looking for Medical Management Services Analyst with a high degree of initiative, who is dependable, has great communication skills, and is very well organized.

Under general direction by the Staff Services Manager I, the Medical Management Services Analyst performs the full range of staff and analytical work in the administration of health management programs including, but not limited to, analysis and application of the laws, rules and regulations for Cal/OSHA annual reporting, Catastrophic Leave, California Family Rights Act (CFRA), Ergonomics, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL), Reasonable Accommodation (RA), Return-to-Work (RTW) Program, Workers' Compensation (WC) claims.

This limited term position may be extended up to 24 months if supported by workload or may become permanent if workload becomes permanent.

Working Conditions

Position is located in a high-rise building.
Telework is availablefifty percent (50%) of the time.
Standard office environment.
Requires being in a stationary position, consistent with office work, for extended periods of time.
Daily use of a personal computer, office equipment, and/or telephone.
Must be able to move/transport office equipment weighing up to twenty-five pounds (25Lbs.)with or without reasonable accommodation.
