    Head of Options, North America
    Typical Work Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday

    Our unique market insight is widely recognized in main-line business media such as The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg, and CNBC.

    Monex is looking for a dynamic FX Options Associate to join our Derivative team. The Associate will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive trade support to our Options Dealers.

    The Options Associate will liaise directly with Monex USA Options Dealers, Traders, and other departments within the firm to improve the client experience with working with Monex.

    The Options Associate's goal will be to make the team more efficient to maximize revenue.


    Responsibilities:


    • Assist traders in executing options trades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in trade booking and settlement.
    • Assist in monitoring and managing trade-related risks, including margin requirements and trade limits.
    • Provide operational support to the Options desk, including troubleshooting trade-related issues, coordinating with internal department and liaising with counterparties.
    • Join calls and meeting with Options traders.
    • Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the Derivative team and firm.

    Required Qualifications:


    • A BA/BS degree
    • The candidate should possess strong analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • A positive attitude, strong drive to succeed, determination and persistence
    • High ethical business standards
    • Strong sense of customer service with a sense of urgency
    • High degree of professionalism, with a confident and assertive style
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment;

    Preferred Qualifications


    • A BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
    • Proven customer service track record
    • Fluency in other languages, especially Spanish, is desirable
