EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Extensive background in construction as a project manager or construction manager for a construction management firm, contractor, owner, developer, or designer. Demonstrated career growth and expertise in leading large projects and teams within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Capable of managing multiple teams and assignments, overseeing projects from start to finish.
Ensuring quality assurance reviews throughout projects.
Leading change management activities, including coordination, preparation, processing, and distribution of Change Order packages.
Managing project budgets and participating in briefings/conferences.
Preparing and delivering briefs supported by necessary project documentation.
Participating in company events and activities.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:
B.S. in a relevant field, with professional registration or certifications like CCM, CQM, CCE. Detailed knowledge of construction principles, project controls, scheduling, cost estimating, contract administration, and construction techniques. Proficiency in personnel and project management techniques.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Expertise in various services with responsibility for final work product.
Effective problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and cost estimating applications.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites safely.
Capacity to perform well in high-pressure situations and handle conflicts constructively.

SUPERVISORY:
Ability to supervise large teams and manage analytical tasks.
