Support stakeholder analyses and the development of stakeholder personas and journey maps
Support the development of stakeholder engagement approaches and initiatives
Support the development of multi-channel communications products for communicating with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders
Assist in developing metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of change and communications initiatives and activties
Assist in preparing for internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and leadership briefings
Support concurrent assignments while ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely delivery of all products
Support the preparation of a wide range of briefing materials and concise summaries of assessments, evaluations, and plans communicate program status and progress to senior leaders
What You Will Need
US Citizen
Ability to receive a obtain a public trust clearance
Bachelor's degree
3 + years of relevant experience
What Would Be Nice To Have
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
Certified Change Management Professional Certification, PROSCI or other change management credential
Experience consulting for the Department of Homeland Security
Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships
