    Organizational Change Management Practitioner Location:

    Washington, DCDuration: 5 monthsDescription:This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director, Transformation, Project Management (PMO)/Change Management.

    This person ensures change management activities are integrated into project plans, while applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities.

    This individual will partner closely with key stakeholders across the People function to achieve workstream objectives in alignment with the overall People Team Transformation strategy.


    Essential Functions:
    Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications about changes to tools and processes across the People organizationDrive change management activities for all transformation related changes/impactsPrimary coordination point across IT OCM, corporate communications, Client University/Training Team, and other teams as necessaryManage effective communication channels to keep all stakeholders informed, raising risks or challenges as neededEvaluate and ensure user readinessConduct impact analysis and change management assessment, including change readinessDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressIdentify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tacticsIdentify and manage anticipated resistanceInterface with key partners/stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for the workstream/project teamIntegrate change management activities into project plansTrack and report issues and action itemsSupport creating materials for Transformation Leadership Team MeetingsWork with virtual teams located in different time zones and with differing culturesBe an agent for changeQualifications:
    Basic Qualifications:8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
    Preferred Qualifications:9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g.

    Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhDProsci or other change management certification or designation is highly desired3+ years of people management experience5+ years of project, program, or business analysis experience, including a minimum of 3 years of experience leading successful change management initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into a compelling narrative, and in a variety of formats (ex.
