    We have a unique opportunity for a Director of Construction to join a leading luxury home builder and developer in South West Florida.

    Known for their exceptional craftsmanship, innovative designs, and amazing team culture, this would be a fantastic career step for an ambitious and forward thinking Director.

    This client are recognized as one of the best in the industry, and their multi family development team is growing rapidly, offering tremendous opportunities for progression and career growth.

    They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Construction to join the multifamily development team.

    The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in residential development, with a strong background in multifamily projects, including condominiums and high-rise towers.

    Experience with luxury and high-end projects is a must.

    As the Director of Construction, you will be responsible for managing the General Contractor on multiple projects, and coordinating with architect and design teams to ensure successful project execution.

    You will lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, maintaining the high standards of quality and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.


    Key Responsibilities :
    Manage the General Contractor and oversee multiple multifamily projects.
    Collaborate with architect and design teams to ensure projects meet luxury standards.
    Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals.
    Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
    Manage financial controls and accountabilities
    Manage environmental matters with consultants and legal bodies
    Select design professionals and General Contractors
    Manage budget processes for clients
    Assist in preparation for investor meetings and participate in investor meetings


    Requirements :
    20+ years of experience in residential development.
    Extensive experience in multifamily projects, condos, and high-rise towers.
    Proven track record of success with luxury and high-end projects.
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (preferred).
