Payroll Specialist - West Bend, United States - Truity Partners, LLC
Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process high volume payroll with two other payroll clerks.
- Review timesheets and make corrections as needed in the electronic payroll system.
- Field calls and resolve questions from managers and employees as they relate to the processing of payroll.
- Assist with garnishment processing.
- Audit payroll entries via Excel downloads (pivot tables and vlookups).
- Work alongside the accounts payable team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2+ years payroll experience for at least 100 employees desired.
- Prior experience using payroll software.
- High School diploma required. Degree in accounting, finance or business administration a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite required.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
