    Seeking a Dedicated RBT for Tier 3 Interventions

    Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking to make a difference in the lives of children? ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated RBT to provide Tier 3 interventions for students in need. If you have experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges and a passion for helping them reach their full potential, we want to hear from you

    Position Details:

    • Role: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
    • Tier 3 Intervention Specialist

    Responsibilities: As an RBT specializing in Tier 3 interventions, you will provide individualized support and interventions for students with complex behavioral needs. Working closely with a team of professionals, you will implement behavior plans, collect data, and provide ongoing assessments to ensure progress and success. Your dedication and expertise will play a critical role in improving the lives of students and promoting positive behavior change.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
    • Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
    • Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and interventions
    • Ability to implement behavior plans and collect data effectively
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
