    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    ProCare Therapy is seeking aBehavior Technician (RBT) to work at a School District in CA

    RBT candidates must have an active RBT certification under theBACB Board.


    Registered Behavior Technician|Position Details

    The RBT position is contracted for the remainder of the school year with the opportunity to renew for the summer + next school year. RBT candidate must be available to work regular school hours, Monday - Friday.

    Caseload/Responsibilities

    • NSY
    • 08/08/24 - 05/30/25
    • Approx 30 hours / week
    • Must have SPED Exp. and/or working with Severe ASD
    • Will get CPI trained through district
    • need to be okay with the following:
    • Riding the bus to and from school
    • Diapering and/or toileting
    • Feeding/assisting with meals
    • Lifting or working with students in a wheelchair
    • Working with non-verbal students
    • Working with students with specific behavior concerns
    • Working with more than one student at a time
    • Working with a student of the opposite gender
    Compensation Requirements-
    • Hourly Rate based on experience qualifications
    • starting rate- $28
