    C Squared Systems, LLC is an RF engineering, consulting, and software development company specializing in providing services for seamless wireless coverage from RF analysis to design and implementation of DAS systems and Wi-Fi networks to remote monitoring and management of complex multi-vendor environments. Site Portal, a customizable Web-based software, was engineered by C Squared Systems to remotely monitor and manage these complex multi-vendor environments.

    Since 1999, C Squared Systems has executed turnkey in-building wireless solutions using state-of-the-art analysis tools to deliver RF solutions that exceed project scope and customer expectations. Our experience, technical expertise, and diverse projects in the wireless realm have allowed C2 Systems to continually evolve as new technologies are developed and the demands of our customers change.

    Title: Release Process Manager

    Location: Auburn, NH

    Level: Entry Level

    C Squared Systems is currently seeking a Release Process Manager, to assist in managing and implementing the release process for a multi-service application. The individual in this role will maintain and track code branches, working closely with product management, development, QA and the support teams. The Release Process Manager will also work to implement and maintain automation process for the build process of the application.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with Project Management, Development and QA to create and maintain development, release and master branches across all services
    • Work with QA and posting team to have Release Candidate branches deployed for testing
    • Work with Development to have development environments available
    • Work with Development to Implement and maintain build process for all packages
    • Work with Posting team to ensure deployment processes are updated to support any changes in the build pipeline that are implemented
    • Work with QA to ensure proper testing has been completed
    • Create and execute deployment project plans and develop timelines for completion
    • Ensure that all client configuration documentation and test scripts up to date
    • Follow continuous improvement processes after each deployment to identify gaps and recommend steps for improvement
    • Applies in-depth knowledge of system capabilities and user requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement, monitoring, and automation
    • Communicate release details and schedules to related parties as required
    • Work with Development to maintain compatibility matrix for application packages.

    Skills/Qualifications:


    • Ability to negotiate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize effectively.


    • Strong problem solving, risk management, decision making, and communication skills.


    • Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.


    • Some prior experience with release planning, program management, or release engineering.


    • Familiarity with LAMP applications.


    • Solid understanding of project management principles.


    • Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
