Associate Substation Analyst - South Hooksett, United States - EVERSOURCE
Description
This role involves providing support in creating and maintaining performance measurement, reporting, and analyses to offer decision support information for business leaders, helping achieve goals. Collaboration with team members and departments is key for routine tasks and special projects, overseeing program and contract administration for Eversource Substation Operations. This includes offering data and analytical process support, participating in task forces and special studies, conducting financial and economic analyses, administering programs and records, and establishing monitoring standards and metrics. It's a hybrid role with full-time office work for the first three months.
Essential Functions:
- Execute activities and objectives accurately and timely
- Contribute to a positive work atmosphere
- Keep managers informed of progress
- Support the preparation of data, presentations, reports
- Collect and organize performance data
- Communicate business initiatives' progress
- Validate results and reconcile discrepancies
- Create useful reports with actionable information
- Recommend optimization for reports
- Monitor data integrity
- Reconcile contractor invoices
Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:
- Technical Knowledge/Skill
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in producing detailed documentation
- Self-directed work ethic
- Basic accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Strong mathematics capabilities
- Data quality assurance and analysis skills
- Ability to design, build, and interpret data models
- Advanced Excel and reporting tools skills
- Preferred expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- 0-3 years of experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual salary range: $72,890.00 to $80,990.00 plus incentive
- Salary commensurate with experience

- Travel between MA/CT/NH may be required
