Work closely with Head of Credit for Upgrade Card to develop and maintain a range of credit strategies which include front end underwriting, portfolio management & loss forecast for Upgrade Card
Actively evaluate consumer behavior analytics around card usage and balance
Monitor various A/B tests to understand sensitivity around line and pricing, and make recommendations based on the findings
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and BI to find opportunities in improving current KPIs and tracking to optimize funnel and customer experience
Monitor and communicate card performance through hands on analysis
Develop and manage periodic reporting templates to executive management, and Upgrade Investor teams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related
1-2+ years of industry experience in at scale technology, start-up or high growth company
Working knowledge in SQL, R/ Python required, Tableau preferred
Knowledge and experience of statistical procedures, decision tree, and financial analytic tools
Strong data-manipulation and data visualization skills
Experience exploring new tools and methodologies to solve real-world problems
Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
Experience operating in a fast-paced environment whilst focused on critical issues
Plus
Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Economics
Experience in a fintech or financial services industry
Expert knowledge in SQL, R/ Python required, Tableau preferred
