    Description
    Note:

    100% REMOTE
    no time zone preference, sit anywhere in the US (Will be working with people in EST, PST and PR). Working 9am - 6pm
    1 year contract, with possibility to extend AND conversion (for right candidate)

    Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets

    Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    Must have Pharma, BioTech or medical device experience
    Executive presence and experience working with high level executives on priority projects.

    Worked on high profile projects (working with Vice Presidents and above)Ability to synthesize information quickly and see the big picture in addition to quickly understanding details.

    Understanding Project Management
    A minimum of 5 years of experience

    Nice To Have

    Some sort of Manufacturing, quality, lab experience

    Duties Include


    Day to Day Responsibilities:
    Conduct project scoping and chartering, business case development, define implementation strategy, manage interdependencies, and guide projects to completion.

    Create and maintain detailed project plans and timelines based on input from workstream leads and workstream team members in accordance with strategic goals of the organization.

    Deploy and enable key organizational change management methodologies and plans to ensure success of projects and continuity of messages.
    Monitor, measure, and communicate project status through established governance mechanisms, ensuring appropriate escalation and remediation of risks.
    Maintain detailed dashboards and risk/action trackers.
    Document project progress, follow up with actions owners, and monitor risk mitigation health and status.
    Act as meeting manager including but not limited to scheduling, agenda creation, writing and distributing meeting minutes.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in Quality (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Management Systems)

    Master's degree with 4 or more years of project management experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 6 or more years of project management experience.

    Ability to cultivate collaboration and work effectively on cross-functional teams
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interface across all levels of the organization
    Workshop planning and facilitation skills
    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    Apply standard Project Management tools and practices
    Experience with Excel, SharePoint, and Smartsheet highly desirable
    Self-driven and proactive
    Able to work independently

    Basic Qualifications

    Master degree OR Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience


    PAY RATE :
    $77.00/Hr. on W2
