Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth in the Automotive industry, focusing on OEMs and suppliers.
Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
Understand customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address their needs.
Drive sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to the management team.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success as a Sales Manager in the Automotive industry, with a focus on OEMs and suppliers.
Deep understanding of automotive electronics components and technology.
Strong network and existing relationships with key players in the industry.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
