    2313 Inc. is searching for Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our team for an exciting new venture with a global industry leader under an exclusive agreement. At 2313 Inc, we are dedicated to nurturing our Sales Representatives internally, providing them with opportunities to advance into management roles. As we are currently in a phase of rapid expansion, we offer a well-established training program for Sales Representatives to thrive and spearhead the development of new markets.

    We are a highly successful Business Development, Sales, and Marketing organization located in Metro Detroit. We are on the lookout for determined individuals who are eager to learn about sales while also harboring ambitions for leadership or executive positions. The role of each Sales Representative commences at the entry level, making prior experience unnecessary. Our focus is on training those who have faith in their own abilities.

    Individuals in the entry-level sales representative role will be responsible for nurturing strong, long-standing relationships with clients, advocating for our top-tier products and services, and contributing towards surpassing our sales and expansion targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Direct negotiation of contracts with clients
    • Promotion of products and services to potential customers
    • Grasping the needs of key accounts
    • Forecasting changes and enhancements in accounts
    • Managing interactions between clients and internal teams
    • Strategizing for enhanced outcomes
    • Utilizing data to offer insights into customer relationship management
    • Expanding client base and acquiring new customers - while having a great time doing it

    The compensation package for the entry-level Sales Representative role comprises hourly wages, performance-based bonuses, uncapped commissions, and client rewards. Furthermore, we offer a Health Care Reimbursement program available after 60 days of employment, fuel incentives, gym membership coverage, abundant travel opportunities, and various other perks. We anticipate the individual taking up this role to be someone focused on their career, who relishes the opportunity to earn additional income by excelling in their role.
