Job Duties

• Prepare inventory orders for customer pick up
• Notify customer or service manager when ordered parts have arrived
• Follow up on back ordered parts
• Inform customers of manufacture discounts to drive parts presales
• Supply service technicians with parts as requested
• Ensure all parts are billed correctly to customer account and internal work orders
• Submit all customer parts for order to the Parts Manager
• Follow up with part shortages and work with Parts Manager to resolve issues
• Maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

• Proficient with computers (i.e., business systems, Microsoft business)
• Ability to communicate clearly with the customer and coworkers
• Working knowledge of diesel engines and agriculture industry
• Ability to work weekends
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2year experience working on an automotive or heavy equipment parts counter
• Ability to stand and lift heavy parts daily. 50% standing, 50% sitting
• Ability to bend/stoop, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling
• Ability to lift/manage up to 50 lbs.
