    Koniag Professional Services - Organizational Change Management SME



    About the Job:
    Koniag Professional Services, LLC is looking for an expert in Organizational Change Management to work with their government client remotely. As part of the team, you will be responsible for facilitating configuration changes and collaborating with different sectors to drive positive interactions and efficiency. This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in change management strategies and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead change management activities
    • Redesign processes
    • Coordinate with different teams
    • Educate team members
    • Develop communication strategies
    • Enhance monitoring processes

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field (Master's preferred)
    • Minimum 5 years of change management experience
    • Certifications: CCMP, PROSCI, MBTI, and more

    Skills:
    • Process mapping
    • Project management
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Proficient in MS Office, Visio, PPT
    • Healthcare informatics knowledge

    Desired Skills:
    • Experience with organizational structure changes

    Working Environment:
    This position operates in a professional office environment with minimal noise levels. It involves standard office equipment and may require occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
