 Oversaw a team of schedulers and their daily workload, including facilitating required training and performance reviews, while guaranteeing compliance of schedules with client’s standard operating procedures.
 Collaborated with project managers and engineers, as well as with cost engineers and estimators in creating work breakdown structure (WBS), cost estimates, and schedule parameters.
 Ensured project alignment with the statement of work (SOW) and specification while prioritizing the best interests of both the company and customer through negotiation with consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
