- Offer sound advice to employees who are facing complicated educational decisions unique to adult learners, and look for ways to shorten the time it takes to complete their education.
- Help employees from a wide variety of industries with diverse personal educational backgrounds choose degrees and certificate programs that best meet both employee and employer needs.
- Provide an excellent and satisfying advising experience for employees.
- Leverage our own network of negotiated discounts at accredited college and universities to help employers and employees save time and money when appropriate.
- Build relationships within that network in order to gain valuable insight into the educational process and learn how employees can navigate the institutions efficiently and effectively.
- Research and develop expertise and accompanying resources on popular choices and industry specific options based on client needs.
- Play a key role in developing and amending our advising approach as EdAssist continues to grow.
- Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred
- Minimum of 5 years related experience with a higher education background (Admissions, Career Counseling or Academic Advising) required
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research skills required
- Self-starter with excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to draft clear, concise and grammatically-correct communications to employees & other constituents
- A positive, "can-do" attitude
- Self-starter and problem solver
- Motivated to meet and exceed goals as an individual as well as contribute to the success of a larger team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

The annual salary range for this role is: $53,000 - $58,000
