- Oversee and manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely decision-making
- Lead and mentor a team of project staff, providing guidance, support, and direction throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage change orders, requests for information (RFIs), and other project documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permits
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to enhance project success and promote future business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on ground-up public and private projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects up to $25 million in value
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements
- PMP or CM certification is a plus
