    Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative

    Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL - In-office

    Job Description:
    We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate should be sociable, outgoing, and enthusiastic about customer interactions over the phone. In this role, you will focus on outbound calls to clients and handle incoming inquiries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Make numerous outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, surveys, and sales.
    • Handle inbound customer calls professionally, addressing questions, concerns, and requests.
    • Offer product details, pricing, and availability when required.
    • Efficiently process orders and returns.
    • Tackle customer problems and elevate issues to relevant departments if needed.
    • Maintain precise customer interaction records in our database.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and resolving any outstanding matters.
    • Collaborate with team members for a consistent customer experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in customer service or call center is a plus, especially in handling outbound calls.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to build connections with customers over the phone.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
    • Knowledge of basic computer operations and CRM software experience is advantageous.
    • Positive mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic setting.

    Benefits:

    • $40,000 base salary plus commissions (OTE $55,000-75,000)
